Building experiences,
from concept to creation.
Every project leaves a mark. Some evolve into full-scale campaigns, while others exist as prototypes, experiments, or ideas that push our thinking forward. Fragments is where we share these moments, from client collaborations to internal explorations, each reflecting the depth, range, and curiosity that define how we work at INPHANTRY.

Built and developed to explore how human creativity and machine intelligence can work together in new ways, A.I. Draw invites anyone to turn imagination into art. Using a large touchscreen display, users can sketch or scribble freely as an AI model transforms their drawing into a detailed, fully realized artwork. The level of AI Impact can be adjusted to control how much influence the system has, from light enhancements to complete reinterpretations. Once finished, a QR code allows the final creation to be instantly downloaded or shared. The result is part drawing tool, part creative collaboration, and a playful exploration of how technology can expand the way we create.

A prototype concept exploring how computer vision, AI, and AR could transform everyday objects into LEGO builds in real time. The experience used a phone’s camera to identify any object, generate a matching 3D LEGO model, and display it piece by piece in augmented reality. It then produced an exact list of bricks needed to recreate it physically, with options to send that list to your phone or add the parts directly to a LEGO Store cart. A playful blend of creativity and technology, the idea showed how imagination could instantly become something you can build.

To celebrate the expansion of eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee to luxury handbags, INPHANTRY helped create a first-of-its-kind interactive experience that brought eBay’s marketplace to life through custom-built vending machines in New York and Los Angeles. Each machine was filled with authenticated designer handbags from brands like Hermès, Chanel, Prada, and Louis Vuitton, inviting shoppers to play a timed luxury trivia game for a chance to win a bag on the spot. The activation extended online through eBay’s social channels, allowing fans nationwide to join the game and compete virtually. Blending luxury with accessibility, the experience reinforced eBay’s position as the most trusted destination for authenticated fashion while creating a social moment that was as playful as it was premium.

To celebrate the opening of W Bellevue in Washington’s tech hub, INPHANTRY developed Belle the Bear, the first branded video game in the hospitality industry. Inspired by the retro style of Frogger, the 8-bit browser game invited players to guide Belle through a colorful world of drones, robots, cocktails, and W-branded collectibles while earning points along the way. Top scorers received real-world prizes including SPG points, luxury stays, and curated Bellevue experiences. The game also featured built-in social sharing tools that encouraged players and influencers to share their scores online, turning a hotel launch into a playful, shareable moment that captured W’s energetic and modern brand spirit.

Created as part of T.J. Maxx’s nationwide Maxx You Project, the Maxx You Project Lab invited women to explore and celebrate what makes them one-of-a-kind through a series of immersive, interactive experiences. The traveling activation visited New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, transforming the brand’s message of individuality into something participants could see, touch, and share.
Built and developed by INPHANTRY, the digital Lab featured touchscreen stations where visitors could answer guided questions about their personality and aspirations. Their responses were analyzed in real time, revealing unique individuality profiles that were brought to life through projection mapping and dynamic visual displays. Each participant left with a personalized takeaway sent directly to their phone, encouraging reflection long after the experience ended.
Supported by an advisory panel that included Barbara Corcoran, Laila Ali, and Dr. Serena Chen, the Maxx You Project Lab blended technology, storytelling, and research into an uplifting experience that celebrated self-expression in all its forms.

Built as an internal testing platform, Vision_OS gives our team full visibility into how our motion tracking systems interpret human movement in real time. The software visualizes every tracked data point from facial mapping and eye movement to hand flexion and rotation, allowing us to fine-tune performance on site or in the studio.
The tool serves as both a live debugging system and a creative sandbox, helping us push the boundaries of how camera vision, gesture recognition, and machine learning come together in our interactive builds. Originally developed for calibration, its visual interface became a showcase piece of its own, offering a rare look into some of the technology that powers our immersive experiences.

For the 50th anniversary of the iconic PUMA Suede, PUMA and MAC Cosmetics invited top fashion and beauty influencers to an exclusive dinner ahead of BeautyCon. INPHANTRY helped bring the collaboration to life through a digital and physical experience that turned the evening into an immersive celebration of color, style, and individuality.
Guests were greeted with printed menus featuring custom QR codes, each unlocking a mobile app built and developed by INPHANTRY. After logging in with Instagram, the app analyzed each guest’s feed to identify tones and moods, matching them to one of three PUMA x MAC Suede colorways: Sin, Lady Danger, or Crème d’Nude. The results revealed personalized sneaker and lipstick pairings along with a custom cocktail inspired by their hue.
By blending technology, design, and storytelling, the activation transformed a dinner into a shareable experience that reflected the collaboration’s creative spirit and PUMA’s legacy of bold innovation.

As Google introduced Glass to the world, the company launched a nationwide roadshow designed to let people experience the technology firsthand and reshape public perception. We created a custom photobooth that became one of the most popular stops along the tour.
The booth allowed visitors to see themselves wearing Google Glass in real time, then capture and print a branded photo or share it directly to Google+. Built as a self-contained system, it was designed for quick setup and travel between tour locations.
The design was tailored to blend seamlessly with Google’s event environments, ensuring consistency across venues in cities like Durham, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. By giving thousands of people their first tangible interaction with Glass, the photobooth helped turn curiosity into understanding and brought the promise of wearable tech to life in a way that was both simple and human.

As part of Vistaprint’s full rebrand, INPHANTRY helped translate their new identity into a modern, cohesive digital experience. Our team led the redesign of key web pages and created flexible templates that could scale across different business sectors and campaigns.
The new design system focused on clarity, usability, and storytelling. Instead of promoting a single product, the homepage featured themed stories like Holiday, Small Business Essentials, and Design Made Simple, each highlighting curated collections and ideas that encouraged exploration.
The result was a refreshed digital presence that unified Vistaprint’s visual identity while making the experience feel more personal, inspiring, and aligned with their role as a creative partner for small businesses.
